Message	is about half that. As it is, I think you'd be OK. My concern would be about contact w/ tips melting the facia edge; and not so much for the radiant heat from system deforming the facia itself. Are you sure you can't bend the hangers and/or use a longer rubber isolator to get that last quarter inch? Everything flexes except glass ;-) _________________________________________________
